Support a Centennial College Scholarship

To honour his father, Ralph Wilson and his former teacher, Mary Lawand, Kenroy Wilson has created three new scholarships at Centennial College.

Kenroy’s background is in the automotive industry, and two of the scholarships created are for students enrolled in the School of Transportation. The third scholarship aims to support a student with a disability who is enrolled full-time in a college program.

Below is a detailed description of each scholarship:

• The Ralph Wilson Automotive Technician Scholarship is awarded to a second-year student enrolled full-time in the Automotive Technician program with the highest cumulative grade point average.

• The Ralph Wilson School of Transportation Scholarship is awarded to a second-year student enrolled full-time in the School of Transportation with the highest cumulative grade point average.

• The Mary Lawand Scholarship is awarded to a second-year student enrolled full-time in a Centennial College program and registered with the Centre for Students with Disabilities who has overcome challenges by having a positive and determined attitude.

How you can help?

• Select the scholarship(s) you would like to support

• Decide if you would like to make an annual contribution or if you would like to make a one-time donation

• Fill out a pledge card (this can be provided upon request) indicating which scholarship(s) you would like to support

• Donations of $20 or greater will receive a charitable tax receipt With over 90% of Centennial College students requiring some form of financial assistance to attend college, all contributions make a huge difference to a student’s life.
